Swimming Club

We now run a swimming club on Tuesday evening at Tong Leadership Academy between 19:30-20:30.

This session is used by some of our Lifesavers as an additional speed and fitness session, but the swimming club is available also for anybody who also just wants to join a standalone club - there is no need to do Lifesaving as well if you don't want to.

We focus on a combination of endurance and sprint based sets totaling between 1500-2000m in each session - as well as catering for both children as well as masters/adult competitive swimmers too.
